The Certificate IV in Small Business Management covers the role of people who apply well-developed skills and broad knowledge in a wide variety of small business situations.They apply solutions to a defined range of unpredictable problems, and analyse and evaluate information from a variety of sources.

They may provide leadership and guidance to others, and have responsibility for the output of others.

Dress Requirements
Business attire appropriate to the business sector.

Prerequisites
English, reading, writing and comprehension skills. Ability to use and analyse simple data, relation and pattern, number, measurement and shape.

Ability to participate in small and informal groups within a virtual enterprise environment.

Assessment
This is based on a student's ability to perform specific skills and a combination of observation, discussion, written assignments, tests, examinations and practical application projects.

Students are required to attend tests and examinations as scheduled by BETA College.
