Business attire appropriate to the sector in which you work and enclosed footwear
Prerequisites
English, reading, writing and comprehension skills. Ability to use and analyse simple data, relation and pattern, number, measurement and shape.
Assessment
Assessment is based on competency, which is the ability to perform specific skills, and a combination of observation, discussion, written assignments, tests, examinations and practical application projects. Students are required to attend tests and examinations as scheduled by BETA College.
Course Units
You must complete nine units for this course. These nine units are made up of six OH&S units plus three elective units. You will note that there are seven OH&S units listed below and you will be required to complete five plus BSBOHS405B or BSBOHS406B.
At least two of the elective unites must be selected from the remaining OH&S unit or the elective units listed below
The remaining elective unit may be selected from the remaining elective units listed below, the BSB07 Business Services Training Package or any other currently endorsed national Training Package. If not listed below, one unit may be selected from a Certificate II qualification or a Diploma qualification.
Elective units must be relevant to the work outcome, local industry requirements and the qualification level.
Units selected from other Training Packages must not duplicate units selected from or available within the BSB07 Business Services Training Package.
