Certificate III in Frontline Management

The Certificate III in Frontline Management covers the role of people who provide supervision in a wide range of organisational and industry situations. They are likely to have existing technical skills in a broad range of vocations or professions, but require some training in the basics of supervision. Typically they would report to a supervisor or team leader.

Dress Requirements
Business attire appropriate to the business sector.

Prerequisites
English, reading, writing and comprehension skills. Ability to use and analyse simple data, relation and pattern, number, measurement and shape.

Ability to participate in small and informal groups within a virtual enterprise environment.

Assessment
This is based on a student's ability to perform specific skills and a combination of observation, discussion, written assignments, tests, examinations and practical application projects.

Students are required to attend tests and examinations as scheduled by BETA College.
